Preassembled sections for a simple and quick installation
Aluminum balusters railing sections are already preassembled, carefully packaged and ready to install.
In case that a section width doesn’t suit your precise measurement, the balusters railing sections are designed to be cut easily and the scraps can be reused to avoid unnecessary waste (in this case, simply add a set of notches). For tempered glass railing sections, they can be cut by 2” if required.
Which railing height to choose?
For patios:
- Height between 24’’ (60 cm) and 5’11’’ (1,8 m) : a minimum of 36’’ (90 cm) railings is required.
- Height over 5’11’’ : a minimum of 42’’ (1,07 m) is mandatory.
For swimming pools:
- Minimum railings of 48’’ (1,2 m) with a self-closing pool door to meet new safety regulations in Québec.
TIP
Check local regulations and have your plans approved by a professional before installation.
Stair railings
RAILING SECTIONS FOR OUTDOOR STAIRS
To secure your outdoor stairs, railing sections with an angle of 37° adapt to the majority of standard steps. With their adjustable angle from 35° to 41°, they are suitable for various stair installations, offering a practical and reliable solution for descents.
Like standard railings, they can be cut and part of the scraps can be reused. Sets of notches for stairway descent guarantee a precise angle and optimal robustness.

TIP
For a section of 37’’ high, use a 44’’ post for the last step. For a section of 48’’ high, use a 51’’ post everywhere, including bottom of the stairs.
